Sustainability Commitment
At Eimeo, we create sustainable, made-to-order garments to minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint. We kindly ask you to review product details and our return policy carefully before placing your order. If minor adjustments are needed after delivery, we encourage working with a trusted local tailor before requesting a return. Choosing alterations over returns helps reduce shipping emissions, shortens wait times, and conserves resources. Together, we can support a more responsible fashion system.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Eimeo pieces. If a return or exchange is necessary, the following conditions apply:
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
- Return Window: Returns for quality issues or malfunctions are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges (Change of Mind): Size, color, or fit exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Production Notice: Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded, including for delays, change of mind, or sizing changes.
2. Store Credit
You may choose store credit instead of an exchange. Credit will be issued once the returned item is received and approved.
3. Item Condition
Returned items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, unused ;
- In original condition with all tags attached ;
- Free from stains, damage, or signs of wear.
Swimwear: Hygiene protection labels must be intact. Returns without labels will not be accepted.
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us before returning.
4. Non-returnable Items
- Jewelry and non-clothing items ;
- Sale or promotional items ;
- Purchases made using store credit or gift cards.
Change of Mind Exchange Conditions
Change of mind exchanges are accepted only if:
- Items are returned in original packaging, complete (including any free gifts) ;
- Original tags and labels are attached ;
- Items show no signs of wear, washing, or damage.
Exchanges will not be accepted if:
- Tags or labels have been removed ;
- Unauthorized alterations were made ;
- Items purchased as a set are returned incomplete.
Eimeo reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and exchanges.
Return Shipping
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility ;
- Eimeo is not liable for items lost during return transit ;
- We strongly recommend using tracked shipping ;
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return
Email us within 14 days of delivery at ESHOP@EIMEOCLOTHING.COM with the following subject line: EIMEO RETURNS – ORDER #XXXX.
Your email must include :
- The order number ;
- The item's name ;
- The item's size & color ;
- The reason for returning the item.

Social Responsibility
Approximately 75% of returned items are resold. Items that cannot be resold are redirected through employee sales or donated to local community initiatives, helping us avoid landfill waste and support those in need.
