Resort 26 : Once Upon A Time in Mo'orea

March 2026

Resort 26 is an invitation to travel through time.

A return to the 1960s, to a Polynesia that felt raw, free, and deeply authentic—where elegance was effortless and beauty never tried too hard.

More than a collection, it is a moment. A feeling. A memory reimagined.

This campaign was conceived as a living tribute to a time before everything became instant, filtered, and artificial.

Shot entirely on film—argentic and Super 8—it embraces imperfection, grain, and light as they truly are. In contrast to a world increasingly shaped by AI, Eimeo chooses something real. Something tangible.

A way of creating that cannot be replicated, only lived.

Shot in Mo’orea, the island becomes more than a backdrop—it becomes a presence.

Through each frame, it reveals a different rhythm: slower, warmer, more grounded. A place where time stretches, where moments linger, where the line between past and present gently blurs.

The campaign unfolds through a series of scenes, like fragments of another era.

Arriving in Mo’orea by small plane, nothing but a light suitcase in hand. Driving along the island roads in an old truck, windows open to the warm air. Laughing at a bringue as the sun slowly sets. Sharing a mā’a Tahiti on a motu, where time seems to stand still.

Simple moments, reimagined with intention—capturing a way of life that feels both distant and familiar.

Inspired by Brigitte Bardot, portrayed by the beautiful Tehani, the campaign echoes her presence in Polynesia—not by recreating her, but by capturing her essence.

A certain freedom. A natural sensuality. An effortless way of inhabiting both the place and the moment.

Some stories cannot be staged.

During the shoot, we were joined by the singer Hauata, who once spent time with Brigitte Bardot during her stays in French Polynesia.

She shared memories of that era—of a woman both iconic and deeply human. Of spontaneous moments, of laughter, of unexpected invitations. She recalled how Brigitte would sometimes call her, simply to ask her to come visit in Paris.

On set, Hauata stepped back into that role, blurring the line between past and present in a way that felt almost unreal.

Within this narrative, the collection unfolds naturally.

Silhouettes that follow the body without constraint.
Fabrics that move with ease.
Pieces that feel as effortless as they are refined.

A balance between softness and strength, sensuality and restraint.

At its heart, the collection unveils our new Anuhe print—infused with vintage codes, available in deep navy or rich burgundy.

Ultimately, Resort 26 is not about looking back.

It is about reconnecting with a way of feeling—more instinctive, more present, more real.

A quiet kind of elegance.

A timeless allure.

A moment suspended between then and now.

The collection is now yours, available online and in all Eimeo stores.
